Join us for an historical snapshot of the role of insects in Italian history and a peek at Modena’s gastronomical traditions. As part of the lecture and culinary sampling experience, University of Florida professors Phillip Kaufman and Jennifer L. Gillett-Kaufman will discuss the production process of two typical Italian products: Lambrusco and Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena. $15 members/$25 non-members.
