Jan. 4, 2-5pm at Inside Out Yoga.   Amy Hilton and Buffy LaRoux will be your guides in creating intentionally for 2020.  Participants will be guided through exercises and a crystal bowl meditation geared toward self-reflection and personal desires.  All vision board materials are provided. JIM SALESTROM - DENVER, DOLLY, AND MORE
