1. Eligibility

The Best Of Haven & LKLD Readers Polls are open to all individuals aged 18 and older. Employees of Haven & LKLD Magazine and its affiliates, are not eligible to participate.

 

2. Voting Period

The poll will be open for voting from June 1, 2025, to July 27, 2025. Votes submitted outside this period will not be counted.

 

3. Voting Rules

Each participant may vote once per category.

Duplicate or fraudulent votes may be disqualified at the discretion of Haven & LKLD Magazines.

Automated voting or use of bots is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Categories

Categories are determined by Haven & LKLD Magazines and may change annually.

Votes must be relevant to Polk County and surrounding Central Florida area.

Haven & LKLD Magazines reserves the right to remove or disqualify any vote deemed inappropriate or in violation of these terms.

 

5. Results

Winners will be determined by the highest number of valid votes received.

Results will be published in the annual Best Of Haven & Best Of LKLD issues and on our official website.

Haven & LKLD Magazines reserves the right to verify results and disqualify any entries that violate the rules.

 

6. Use of Data

By participating, voters agree to the collection and use of their information for poll administration and promotional purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

7. Rights Reserved

Haven & LKLD Magazines reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the poll at any time for any reason. All decisions made by Haven & LKLD Magazines regarding the poll are final.
