Cucumber & Gin Fizz

1 cup gin

1 cup cucumber, chopped

¼ cup lime juice

½ jalapeno, sliced (or to taste)

4 tablespoons simple syrup

Tonic water

cucumbers & jalapeno for garnish

In a cocktail shaker, muddle cucum - ber, lime juice, and jalapeno. Add gin, simple syrup, and ice. Shake. Strain into 2 glasses, top with tonic water. Garnish with cucumbers and jalape - nos.
